Tounge sore from vaping?

Hey guys! Been vaping for a month and a half and for some reason my tongue on the bottom both sides are sore is this from vaping too much??

its not sore as if it feels like it got burned.
as i have been looking up on the internet for sore tongue and every one complaints it feels like there tongue is burned

it feels more like its bruised

(and i just resized i spelled tongue wrong on the title lol)



I can't take normal hits like I use too because of my tongue being sore
Should I just not vape too much for the next couple days ?

Hey good switch to vaping. But, having sore mouth from what i have seen is an allergic reaction to propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is a preservative. I personally use an all vg eliquid. It could be too high nicotine as well. What blend e liquid are you using as well as nic level?

I got a 20pg / 80vg 3 flavor shots from mt baker vapor 12mg of nicotine

It Could be the PG or the nic being too high, but you're most likely getting dehydrated. Try drinking more water and see if that helps

Yup, probably dehydration, or just good old "vaping too much". I know that it's like, sacreligious to utter those words, but most of us just overdo it when we start because it's so much more liberating than smoking cigarettes. Be it the smell, being able to do it indoors, being able to do it in no-smoking areas... everyone who picks up vaping goes a little "vape-happy" at the beginning. No one wants to hear it, but just easing off it a little will probably help.

I brushed my tounge super good and drank a ton of water seems like it helped alot! My tounge ain't sore anymore thanks guys!

And I got some new pro tank bases in a couple days ago so I was vaping my pro tank like crazy so probably too much vaping

It probably is dehydration, but I do have one flavor that I can't vape it irritates my mouth, if you just tried a new flavor or have never had the triple shot before it might be that.

This never happened to me until I started vaping 100% PG. As soon as I finish off this juice I'm getting a couple 50/50 mixes.
