Marshmallow (not toasted)will also moisten the taste , and blueberry needs to be at least 15% from TPA/TFA IMO, unless used in a recipe

I have an obsession with adding as little as possible to land-fills, lol, so I just run hot water through all my syringes and re-use. I have collected quite a few of the TPA flavours but am very new to DIYing. I'm having trouble tasting the blueberry, though... in anything. I am trying to keep the total % of all flavours used to 10-13% and Hoosier was right about things tasting stronger with less juice. A few of my recipes have tasted "good but "dry"" (don't know how else to explain that, lol - not that my mouth is dry but that the juice actually tastes dry). I've ordered some of their "smooth" to see if that helps with it.
Maybe uh Lil saline solution as well. Shyyt try it all. Lol.I've successfully used TFA Blueberry Wild at 10%, TFA Vanilla Swirl 3%, TFA Sweet Cream 2%.
You can add 1% TFA Marshmallow for some moistness.
Some add a drop or 2 of Lemon Juice or ACV to kick the Blueberry up a notch.
Or 1-2 drops of Blackberry or Raspberry.
Combining 2 different brands/types of Blueberry may help also.
All the DW and Saline did for me was mute the flavors IMO.
Nice. I was gonna ask if the recipes had to be all TFA flavors only. Koo. Guess not. Lol sweet.I just came up with another concoction that is probably my favorite DIY to date. I call it Blimey Limey and it's inspired by the Tropical Smoothie flavor.
10 Mil
36mg PG base mixed down to 6mg
60% PG 40% VG
TFA Strawberry Ripe - 5%
Capella's Sweet Tangerine - 3% (this one might get bumped up to 5% on my next batch)
TFA Lemon Lime - 2%
TFA Pineapple - 1%
TFA Key Lime - 1%
I steeped it on low in the crock pot for about an hour and it's good to go.
No, you're right. This is a TFA only thread. I guess I kind of jumped the gun on that one, forgetting about the TFA only rule.
I'm by no means a master mixologist, but I've had this problem and have a suggestion... Try the mix with No sweet cream or cotton candy... Both can make a bland mix... Try it then.
Next slowly (if you need to) add micro amounts of Either sw. cr Or ct can....
Work from there adjusting up the later two ingrediants.
Most of the Vanilla's are artificial tasting when trying for a stand alone.
Some add a bit of Chocolate, Tobacco, or Coffee, to enhance the Vanilla's.
And some say that EM is a must when trying to make a plain Vanilla vape.
French Vanilla 5%
Sweet Cream 4%
Vanilla Swirl 3%
EM or CC 2-3% (optional)
This will get you close, maybe...
But I found it needs to steep for 1-2 weeks to settle down, and Caramel is another steeper IMO.
You can add a bit of Double Chocolate Clear (1% ish), with the Caramel too.
I found Milk Chocolate too weak, more like water to me.
I've only used the Carmel (original) tho.
And I've heard some good things about the new TFA Vanilla Bean Gelato, although I haven't gotten any to try yet.
I've never tried the vanilla bean ice cream, but i can say the gelato is fantastic.I bought a small sample bottle, and after mixing 1 batch of it,i had to order a big bottle that same day.I haven't tried it mixed with anything else yet,but it's great as a stand alone at 5%,just give it a hot water bath and let it sit overnight. It's pretty good after that, but gets better every day, each day it tastes creamier.
Who stocks in Pontiac? It would be worth the motorcycle ride just to get some the same day I want itI'll try that, thanks!
I've heard the same about VB Gelato, it's supposed to be the same as VB Ice Cream, minus the custard notes (acetyls/acetoin).
I may have to pick up some today, I am fortunate enough to have a B&M that stocks TFA/TPA - 10mls @ 2.00$ per flavor.
Thanks!
It's Waterford, actually, but just down the road from Baldwin & Montcalm. Shout out to DIY Vapor Supply!Who stocks in Pontiac? It would be worth the motorcycle ride just to get some the same day I want it

I don't want to sound like a shill, but they treat me almost like family, never make me feel like I am asking a stupid question.
I get all my liquid supplies, syringes, etc. and Kanthal from them.
They've got an eLiquid bar to sample house mixes, but are more than happy to sell you DIY gear.
Hope this helps!
P.S. they are also very friendly and professional on the phone, google their number, if you've got your heart set on a flavor
and want to make sure they have it before making a long ride. They carry TFA/TPA, Capella, and Flavor West.
