Koolada will give you that "something cold in my mouth" taste... and you might be surprised at the recipes that will take kindly to it.
funny (or not so funny) story... I have been working on a root beer float... mixing up several 5mls of my starting recipe, then adding this or that to see how it works... added toooooo much koolada to one of the 5mls.
I also tend to mix juices in my tank. I had been mixing a twinkie and a blueberry, and grabbed the wrong bottle - got the heavy koolada root beer instead of twinkie. Was a shock at first, but hey, it wasn't bad. lol. Not sure I'd mix something like that on purpose (root beer & blueberry??), but it did have me thinking about where else I could use that koolada.... it seemed like the koolada might work with some blueberry recipes and I wouldn't have EVER thought to do that.
