It's potent so use very little start with 1 - 2% if you use to much the mix will taste bitter and burnt. It's used as an additive to other flavors such as a combo with vanilla, strawberry and cream in it. It may be good in an ry4 or to spice up a rum mix.

I would think toasted almond would be a nice additive for the two. I know there are quite a few great foods that combine almonds and apples and caramel seems to go with just about everything.

toasted almond and caramel in a flavored cream such as a baverian would go good.

Beautiful BC
So I made up a juice using the toasted almond, and I quite like it... even fresh it tastes nice... Definitely adds a new dimension to this juice... I have made this recipe before (RWHY4, not sure whos it is, if its yours thank you!) and the toasted almond works beautifully

(all TPA)
7.5% doubly ry4
3.75% each, caramel candy and bavarian cream
2% toasted almond
0.5% ethyl maltol
50/50 12mg...

I made 5mls to test it, I think im going to add a drop of vinegar and see how that affects things...

Once I get familiar with my Flavour west double apple, im going to try mixing it in there with some caramel.

I mixed a batch at 10% so I could get a good sense of the flavor I can see where this would be good with a lot of different things, cinnamon danish swirl or coconut and chocolate or in a ry4 or 555 type. I can't believe I just left this sitting in my DIY pantry for over a year
