Tracking numbers?

I was able to get an order through on Saturday, and got a shipping confirmation that states my order status is "shipped". This is the first time in a while I have ordered from AVE, and I usually got a separate email with the tracking information. Is this still common practice, or are they just not doing that anymore? I'm fine regardless, but was just wondering if no tracking=no package in the mail even though the status is "shipped".

I didn't get one either but Im guessing free/std mail shipping doesn't receive tracking just priority mail.

Ordering thru SI/Volt, even with First Class mail package I still get a tracking number, so yeah, what's up with that AVE?

Same here with Johnson Creek. Ordered stuff Monday took the free (>$50) USPS first class shipping. Got a tracking number. The nice part is that I looked it up this morning to see the status and it was delivered. Ran out (well drove) to the Post Office and there it was.

My last order from AVE arrived in the mail about 20 minutes after the tracking info was emailed to me. There seems to be a pretty extreme delay in sending out the tracking emails.

Also got my tracking number multiple days after order was placed. I guess they are still working out the bugs in the process.

I got my juice in the mail yesterday and the email for the tracking number a few hours later. I sent them a support ticket when I didn't receive a tracking number after it was shipped and he gave me the number that way.

After an order has been shipped we email you guys your tracking numbers if for any reason you do not receive your tracking number you can contact me at avejuicecs@gmail.com and I can forward you the tracking number
