Tracking number from EastMall

I received my tracking number for my EastMall number, but it doesn't work on the EMS china website or the USPS website.

Is this common? the email I got said that sometimes the tracking numbers do not work, but still find myself concerned.

How long does shipping to the states usually take??

When did you get the tracking number? sometimes it takes a day or so to be "functional." Sometimes it can be frustrating but just check it tomorrow and it should work if you got the email today.

A couple weeks ago I received an order. Was able to track mine through EMS and USPS with the same number. It took a bit for it to appear on my order summary page. It also took a bit for EMS to get it into their system.

Yes, like they say


sometimes it takes a couple a days to show tracking,

and sometimes they never track and just show up at your door,

it is a bit hit and miss, but there is not a lot we can do ---------

USA delivery usually takes about 7 working days.

I got the tracking number 4 days ago. for an order placed 8 days ago.

I will try to take Di's advice and just try to be patient...

I would definently be concerned I placed.an order in july and after a week still couldn't track so contacted EM and order had never shipped. To this day I still do not have my complete order

I have been ordering from Eastmall for over a year and I have never had a problem with them. They are a wonderful company. Shipping some times is slow, but never over two weeks. The wait is hard but worth it because the prices are so low. Just my

Try tracking on the USPS website. You'd be surprised to find it shows up there sooner than on EMS sometimes. Worth a try, eh?
