I have had the UFSv2 since the release of it at Clouds of Vapor and missed the Odysseus when it went up for sale.I wanted to buy one on the classifieds but my wife said no way to the inflated prices.I thought I would have to wait until the next release and hope I was off work to buy it but saw someone wanting to trade a new short mode Ody for a UFSv2.I jumped on it and got it a few days ago and thought I made a big mistake.It took a few tries but I finally made a good coil and got to try it.The taste was horrible like vaping dish soap or some chemical.Then I saw a video on torching the ceramic and I got rid of the soap taste.I'm still not the best at the coils but the flavor and vapor this thing puts out is really great.I'm still gonna miss my UFSv2 at least until I can get a hold of an expansion pack.I'm using the resistanse wire that comes with it and was wondering where I can buy a thicker resistance wire to wind lower resistance coils more easily.Thanks for any info.

Kanthal 32 as urquidezj suggested, is probably the best choice for thick wire.
In a couple of weeks you'll find that you can make coils easily and then you can try setups with different wires and wick combinations, and I'm sure you'll get the best of your Ody.

Where can I buy this at,I don't use ebay and no luck on the classifieds "want to buy" yet.I would like to get 20ft or so and use paypal to purchase.

Is the 50 degree rating difference between the A and A-1 all that important. I can't imagine our coils getting that hot.
I only ask because searching ebay (super prices by the way) I can only find A in 32 AWG, though I can see some 34 in A-1
Waiting to hear this answer myself... don't know the answer. I've been using the 32.
Well I finally learned that the higher the AWG rating, the thinner the wire, and thus the higher the resistance. But I don't think 50 degrees will make a huge difference seeing as the temps are rated at 1350 for the A and 1400 for the A1, there's no way they're getting that hot, apparently PG reacts in a very toxic way above 1300...
I put a thermal imager from the Coronado, Ca FD on a coil last week and it gets no where near that temp. But I do know A1 is of better quality, and it is what I have been using for over a year. Looking at my spool, I need to start thinking about another.
