I've been vaping on 510-T atomizers for about a year now. I have to use nearly 100% VG because of intense allergic reactions to PG (acne, hives, ... ).

Lately, the usage has picked up... and I feel like I'm going through 1 atomizer every 2 weeks. I'm also filling up 4 of the 510-T cartridges per day... wondering about switching up to a DCT. Maybe I can save some bucks on atomizers.

I've got a 650mAh eGo battery that I've been using with my 510-T atomizers.

Wondered if I could get some input on which tanks and Dual Coil Cartomizers would be best for ~100% VG eLiquids? I think I'd be best to get a tank that could hold 3-3.5mL. Just not sure on the Carts.

As a side... I get most of my eliquid from vtvapor.com (Vermont Vapers). Seems pretty thick compared to the stuff I've gotten from litecigusa.net. Methol and Cool Mint seem to give me the best satisifactory hit... I can't seem to get any flavor from their Tobacco or Fruit Flavored liquids.

Personally I wouldnt use dual coils on an eGo bc they really dont work very well. The eGo is only 3.3-3.4V and they just dont run the dual coils that great. They are alittle better on 3.7V PVs, but still nothing special.
I use an Epower which is 3.7V and the tank I use is the Smoktech 3.5ml tank. Its cheap and works very well. It is a dual coil tank but you dont have to use a dual coil in it. The tank does come with a 1.5ohm dual coil in it, but I just took it out and didnt use it bc they really arnt that great and they drain your battery a lot faster. Instead I use the 1.7ohm Ressurector cartos in the tank and they work a LOT better. They are single coil, but bc they are XL cartos, they fit perfectly in the dual coil tanks. CCV sells the tanks and also the Ressurectors. They also sell pre-punched Ressurectors for the Smoktech tanks and they have the metal base on them like the dual coil carto that comes with the tank. You dont have to use a carto with the metal base but they are nice bc it stops the tank from being able to slide down. But you can just use regular Ressurectors and punch them yourself if youd like.
100% VG is thick and generally doesnt work as well in tanks, but you def can make it work fine. I have Bobas Bounty which is 100%VG in one of my 3.5ml tanks right now and it works fine. To make it work though you have to make sure the holes are punched big enough so the tank will actually feed juice to the carto. I am using one of the pre-punched Ressurectors in it now and the tank feeds juice to the carto with no problems. You HAVE to make the hole bigger though bc the pre-punched hole is small and wont feed a juice that thick well at all. What I do to make it work is to use a finishing nail and make the small pre-punched hole bigger(about the diameter of the finishing nail. I also punch another hole the same size on the other side as well so the juice can be fed into the carto from 2 spots. With 2 holes and the holes being bigger, a 100%VG juice will work fine in the tank. So thats what I would do.
You can buy the tank and Ressurectors from CCV for a great price and they have free shipping. The 3.5ml tanks is perfect size and is about the diameter of the battery. I dont like the bigger tanks on my E-power bc they look funny and make the PV really top-heavy, but the 3.5ml tank looks nice
