Wondering if there are small(er) battery's that will fit ego XL cartomizers. I haven't gotten my ego yet, but reviews I've seen make it look a little large. I work in a restaurant so a e cig is perfect because I can not smell but the ego looks like its going to be a little large to... conceal for lack of a better word.

Honestly, the eGo is ALOT smaller than it looks on the web. It is easier to conceal than a 510(which is longer by @5/16" BTW). I was concerned also. You can use the eGomega cartos on a 510, but it looks goofy and the carto will last longer than two batts probably.
It's an eGo mega carto on a standard length 510. Like I said, a little goofy but it does work.
looks fine, do you have a bic lighter for a size comparison? if its not to much trouble.
