Afternoon, I'm new to this forum so sorry if this post is in the wrong place :s

Basically in a week and and a half I'm flying to Turkey and have bought a 120ml bottle of Sauz tropical smoothie (£25 + £4 odd delivery) as the bottle is over 100ml I'll have to put it in my checked in luggage (suitcase) to help with leaking I've broken the seal a little and placed cling film inside the cap. Would it also be an idea to squeeze the air out the bottle and put cling film and cap back on?
I'm taking either my RX200S or my IPV3 LI (most likely my IPV due to it being dual 18650 and not triple) my nitecore i2 and my smok tfv8 with royal hunter Rda.
Also how would you go about taking pre built fused claptons, pliers, snips and a few hex keys (for the royal hunter) I'm guessing in a vape bag in my suitcase? Just with turkey being on high alert I don't want to look like a terrorist planning an attack!
Thanks and sorry for all the questions as this is my first time flying with my vape gear

My only concern with packing the bottle in your checked luggage is it may end up in a cargo hold which is not pressurized. The change in pressure might result in leaking, which will be unpleasant for your clothes. You could squeeze the air out and ad some cling film to the tip, but I would certainly place it a decent plastic bag that seals such as a Ziploc. Batteries must be in your carry on (in some sort of protective plastic box or silicone sleeve). Coils, mods, and tanks I would personally carry on as well. If anyone raises a concern when your bag gets xrayed, just pull the stuff out and show what it is. I've had zero problems traveling with vape stuff. Then again, I've never visited Turkey, so there is that variable. If you are still concerned, call you air carrier to be sure you know the latest as far as travel to your specific location. Enjoy your trip.

I would fill a 90 ml bottle and keep it in a pocket.

I don't trust TSA as far as i can throw them.

I used to be on medication that i couldn't hardly live without. I flew out of Nashville to Seattle. They opened my checked bag and STOLE my medication.

After that fiasco and nearly died my medication, ejuice stays either in a pocket or my carry on bag.

How does the 90ml bottle do? Any leaking? And do you squeeze excess air out as that's the reason why juice leaks (air expands at high altitude) also I know some airlines are quite funny about sealed bottles, I've just seen some on UK ecig store for about 80p a bottle which includes a tamper proof lid. Thanks for the heads up and my only medication is esomeprazole and my powder inhaler which will be carry on.

I've got plenty of of battery cases but I'll make sure I get some more as they can be hit and miss on the hinges. I was going to put it in a few bags with my toiletries (inside a waterproof shower bag) I'll probably end up just putting a descent build on the royal hunter and just taking my pack of cotton bacon as my higher vg juices destroy my wick. Thanks for the tips

I would split the liquids into 2 smaller bottles. Tools are difficult to advise on. Everytime I fly they steal my scissors! (I forget to take them out my hand luggage)
Damn sorry about the scissors the reason I'm taking so much juice (120ml in my suitcase) and another 2 or 3 30ml bottles in my carry on is because when I drip I can go through nearly 1 30ml bottle a day and with my TFV8 the 5.5ml tank lasts around 15 minutes at 95w but if I use it sensibly I can get over an hour. Do you remove any warning labels as all of my juices have warning labels on them and I've heard they don't like that

I recommended 90 ml because 90 ml is 3 ozs. The most the TSA will let you carry online.

EJuice bottles come in 5,10,15,30,50, etc bottles. I don't know if they make a 90 ml bottle. You may have to carry two 50 ml bottles.

Go on with a 120 ml bottle and they will confiscate it

If you are really worried...buy some disposable cig-a-likes for the trip and SHIP (DHL or other) your gear to your destination in advance.
If you are flying to IST you may have a secondary screen before departure from the UK. Security WILL be HIGH.
Remove "toxic" labels and keep bottles at or below 100ml capacity (1ltr max liquids/gels in the clear zipper carry on bag).
Confirm batteries are in plastic cases.

Safe travels

There are some things that can't be shipped to Turkey.

I sold a Provari on eBay and a person from Turkey wanted it. I checked the Regs and had to tell the customer i couldn't legally ship it to Turkey.

Not sure what warning labels you're referring to. I would leave any manufacturer's labels on that identify the content as to brand and flavor, such as "Halo Tribeca", or "Vanilla Tobacco" on. I say this only because an unlabeled bottle of liquid may attract more attention of the "what's in here" variety than something already identified with a commercial label.
