Mesa, AZ...off the analogs for years!
I've got a brand new carto!

I stuffed it with Fluval and it vapes just like a new one.

Used 3 or 4 thin pieces and surrounded the center thingie (I know, technical huh?). Tried to simulate the denseness that was originally used, using the end of a paper clip to stuff/align. Also tried to make sure it comes up as high as the original.

Used the paper clip to make sure center thingie is aligned in the center with the hole at the bat/mouth end.

Fill and vape. Been going almost two hours now!

It probably took about 10 minutes but I was really trying to get it all aligned correctly. Like most things, you probably will get faster with practice.

I ran it under hot water while lightly pulling and rotating. It came out in one piece and works great. I didn't let it dry and probably should have a little because it took a bit for it to get going. Now this was a carto that didn't work at all and I was about to toss it. Thanks to whomever we owe thanks to. :)

Here's something I found in my bookmarks that I want to get for refilling cartos. It looks like it would do a good job of getting way down in there. Not sure who originally posted it.

Interesting idea. I don't want to have to buy another 50 bottles though.

Wonder if you could possibly use a syringe needle through the dropper of bottles that already contain juice? Would the needle be large enough to plug up the dropper? Hmmm. Will have to see when I get away from the 'puter.

That's how I do it. The large gauge needles take a little force but I like the hole bigger anyway, especially for VG. I hate squeezing the bottle hard to get two drops out. Once I squeezed too hard and the tip popped off. I had juice all over my lap. Luckily it was my lap and not my keyboard.

I like to learn from other people's mistakes. hehe
