How do you do a jelly as opposed to an o? Is it the same thing? I just began doing o's but can't figure out jellies

I've seen a few on YouTube and around twitter, but whenever I search specifics I can't find it. A jelly is just an o with a trail behind it, but I can't find a tutorial. 20 here btw
