I haven't noticed, but from a technical standpoint, it should not matter. Clearly the wall charger will typically produce 2 A-hr. and as a result charge the Li Ion cell much faster than the low current output of the pcc, but the battery capacity and output should be completely independent of the charging rate. What could be happening is differences in the charging circuit monitoring design, perhaps the wall charger is indicating a full charge sooner than the pcc. Interesting observation though, I will monitor this more closely and report back if it appears to be legit and reproducible.

I'm not sure either if it's charging faster or just indicating that it do so sooner, but I've noticed that the wall charger is green much faster than the usb chargers are blue as well. Haven't tried the pcc yet.

That's to be expected Deez; AC wall chargers will def fire up your batts sooner than the output from your USB port; a lot more mA-hr going into your batts! FYI, using a wall based USB adapter (like for your iPod or iPhone) will speed things up considerably vs. plugging them into your pc USb port. Keep in mind, the power output from pc's is limited to conserve pc battery power; the AC in your wall has no issues; just like it's faster to charge your iPod/iPhone using the wall/USb charger. :)
