I hope I'm not breaking protocol by saying this (I'll edit if suggested) but:

I just got an order from an outfit that rhymes with Bronson Freak. Two 100% VG juices, a blend juice (all in 15ml bottles) and some "stuff". First, the stuff was good: little empty 3ml bottles, a tiny funnel and a 10ml needle-pointed bottle. The juice not so much. I've filled 1 WOW carto of each and vapor production is weak; flavor is bland. Only by using a PT can I get any satisfaction. One flavor I hate (will go up on classifieds), the other two I might grow to enjoy - jury's still out on them. The bottles are very professional with a label where a hole is punched out next to strength and flavor. Each included an eyedropper, and an empty 3ml dropper bottle with each. But for crying out loud, these are consumables! Shipping was slow and expensive via UPS. The items were individually packed like they were ready for a surface journey to Kandahar via Nairobi: took more knife work than a ribeye steak to get everything out on the counter.

V4L's shipping is reasonable, timely, simple and effective. I've only tried a couple dozen of their flavors, but all are much more "full" and discernible. While some flavors I don't care for, its not because I get nothing out of them, just personal taste. V4L's decision to offer juices in volumes less than 30ml is awesome. I would not have purchased the other outfit's juice if 30ml was my only choice.

I'm so glad a friend of mine told me about V4L and they were the ones who stole my vaping virginity!

I'm in the 2% partly due to finances, but mostly because I am happy with the products and the customer service which is absolutely phenomenal! This means you Audrey, Brian1, and Christie! It's not too hard to stock and sell good merchandise, but when it's combined with this level of customer service, it's quite rare indeed.

Sure, I've thought of wandering. There is curiosity for sure as far as hardware (V4L took my vaping virginity too, plarkinjr) but I feel V4L will soon give us the big batt that we want, and I am a patient and loyal soul. For 'out and about' vaping, I don't need anything bigger than an original Vapor King XL manual diamond battery.

:)

Double entendre spotted after posting!

Under Down Under
I started vaping with a different vendor and in all tried 5 brands of hardware & prefilled cartos before finding V4L. It has all either been passed to others or thrown away. I have tried one other hardware vendor since (apart from disasterous carto purchases a while back when V4L were out of black & gold wow blanks) and that went in the bin. Haven't been at all tempted to try juices from anywhere else. V4L shipping to Oz is not the cheapest or most expensive. My only wish is for a faster shipping option, for which I would happily pay when I need things fast.

V4L rocks. V4L customer service rocks. V4L forum family rocks.

Ironically, I just finished off a bottle I got from Bronson Freak a couple days ago. I bought it back in December of 2009, and it was as horrible then as it was a couple months ago (I had to doctor it to finish it). I've tried juices from a bunch of different companies over the years, just to see what's out there and if I'm missing something awesome. After trying all those other companies, the only juice I buy that's premade is from V4L.
