Tried to call customer service, got a recording during reg business hours...WTH

So I just received my order in the mail, and I have an issue with it, so I call V4L customer service and a recording says "Thank you for calling Vapor 4 Life. You have reached us after our normal business hours. Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm central time.....please call back during our normal business hours"

Um, its Friday right now. And its during regular business hours.

What gives?
