Triggers....what are yours?

What's Not a trigger? I pretty much smoked before, during, or after everything I did. When I wasn't doing anything at all, I smoked because I was bored. I smoked because I am an addict.

I never smoked in the shower, but if I ever was there for more than 45min, I bet I would've.

Golf big time. I smoked a PAD normally but could almost smoke an entire back on the course. I used vaping to cut way back first and a couple weeks ago was the first day I tried to go cigarette free I went to work no problem then went to a golf course and by hole 12 I broke my pitching wedge over my knee(literally) and smoked a cigarette. I then just kept cutting down and didn't play golf for a couple weeks. Now I am on day 5 smoke free and played yesterday with no problem.

Should add also the morning cigarette but I think that will be almost everybody. I am using 18 mg juice and knew that was coming so just got some 24 mg juice to start my day with.

My biggest trigger is after a good meal. I'm fine in the mornings and can mostly play pool and drink beer without giving in, but that smoke after a good dinner is almost impossible to get past.

My biggest trigger is doing any electrical diagnostic work.... luckily it's by choice where as a few short years ago it was my job.

My wife and I enjoy going to AC or Vegas I vaped twice as much as "normal" in Atlantic City a few weeks ago.

Smelling smoke in the hallway from one of my mother's neighbors (it's a smoke-free building except for him). Finding forgotten lighters and ashtrays. And stress.

Sadly, I have done this... more than once...

Anyway, being awake is pretty much a trigger for me. Luckily I'm beginning to realize how horrible cigarettes actually smell and taste cause I'm around smokers all the time, so I think that turns into a motivator for me.

Hmmm..... Working, driving, heavy drinking, and not being able to sleep at night... That last one is probably the worst...

Sex would probably be a big trigger if I was getting any...lol

I actually find I like vaping much more than smoking after sex, it's got to be the right vape though. Plus we never smoked in our house and now we don't even have to get out of bed much less dressed.

I was mostly an outside smoker, but in the middle of the night and especially after sex I would burn one in bed... Good point though, this would probably be better... some sexy flavor like honey or something would be a good compliment to the after sex flavors... lol

1. Being on the phone
2. Bickering with my girl... on the phone, in person, via text messages...
3. Pasta (red sauces)
4. Boredom
5. Holy Crap when I am working on my car... so used to taking breaks after every little completed thing lol (to admire my work)
6. Sex... sex... sex.
7. 75 degrees, 10am, front porch
8. Hangin with my best friend for sure... but I am gonna get him an e-cig kit.

Thats most of the major ones.

I will do you one better... "Cucumber Melon"... I have always found this smell arousing... and I am a dude... I have several types of hand soap in this scent. I think it would vape well.
