Triple Twisted 30awg

Just made my first twisted coil and I have to say for the amount of work it was I am rather impressed with myself. I was sitting at my computer and happened to spot a roll of 30awg and figured I'd never use it so why not twist her up?! I did dual coil triple twist around a 2mm bit and 7 wraps each (slightly spaced) which came out to .75 ohms and the flavor is great and clouds are better than my .5 dual coil build I had in previously. Is there a recommended gauge that works better for twisted coils and produces more vapor? I know surface area is key but I had to work with what I had and that 30g is some tiny stuff.

Hi, YouTube has some videos with SEVERAL recommendations on what wire to use and HOW to make various different coils by wire twisting. I know specifically Rip Tripper.is one guy who makes A LOT of how to wire twisting videos. He goes over EVERY THING you need to know to make various different twisted wire coils. check it out. hope this helps. Also, Congratulations on your coil!! Great job!! Remember to stay safe, check your ohms and know your batteries AMP limit and NEVER exceed that limit!! also HAVE FUN!!

Ive done the same myself , 3 or 4 strands 30g twisted. Got some for the outside wraps on a clapton coil and then thought well what if I twist these together.
