I think you guys should do official videos for all your products - from unpacking and first use to routine maintenance, and the differences between products. These are products that are overwhelmingly bought online and there are a ton of people just getting into vaping. It'll really help them make an informed decision regarding what to buy and what they'll be getting into.

The Triton starter kit was my first setup besides a few Blu disposables. I went online and watched a bunch of different videos to try and piece together what to expect. It would have been far easier and better if you guys had official videos, an overview video of different stuff and model specific videos.

Just a suggestion. With YouTube being what it is, I don't think it would be too difficult or costly. I assume it would help get more customers who are trying to figure out what to buy.

Great minds think alike :) We have been talking about this for a while, its more of a matter of finding someone with them time here in the office! We actually do have something in the works and hopefully we will have more tutorial type videos up soon!

I really appreciate learning that the silicone inserts on the G6 mini-tank mouthpiece separates. I just assumed it was probably glued in. That tidbit is probably going to help in the 'old flavor lag' department.

I actually found that that piece was the hardest to get the smell out of.

Could always commission me to do the videos, Cinder. I have pretty much everything Halo sells haha! I'll do it for more Torque 56!

That was a good video on cleaning however, I would caution folks to be very cautious with their dry burn. IMHO 6 or 7 seconds is way too long. If the wicks are close to dry, it is easy to char them. I have quit dry burning, as after a refill, a couple of weak hits and then you should be good to go without risking charring the wicks where they meet the coil.

I know. Seems like there's a lot of talk approving after cleaning dry burn maintenance. I tried it with a couple of cartos. I was getting all this vapor thinking 'its drying it out, it's drying out'. And I would try to take it up to right before I could detect a charred note. Once I picked that up the charred note was there to stay. Nothing would get that out. So evaporation is the dry out method I use.

Ditto JR :) I enjoyed the video. All you need to due on this Video and all future Videos is Insert your logo and site link as a semi transparent overlay for every frame. Brand it with a title and ending frames and your ready to go. Then upload to YouTube and link on your site.

This is actually a trivial task. Get yourself some free labor! Where? Local trade schools or college. Think Intern and when I was teaching the employers loved them.

Finally, ask yourself what a 10 million impressions CPM buy would cost you. That's not a typo, 10 millon eyeballs on your brand. OK maybe 5 million. LOL :) Solution: Brand and create an entire series of YouTube vids. Then enhance it with a contest of some kind:

Why I love my Halo ecig
Vaping with my Halo in Public

Twisted Java is my kryptonite. Should have used a mini tank, but I didn't. I ended up pouring out the remaining TJ, tossing the coil and running the tank under warm water. I let it air dry overnight, but could still smell the TJ, which means I would probably still taste it, as well. I put in a new coil and filled the tank with something I knew would overpower any foul taste or odor- SubZero. Problem solved.

the only downside is Subzero will never come out.

This will be the perfect experiment; after I'm finished taste testing Subzero, I'll try a test cleaning first soaking in hydrogen peroxide for say...2 hours plus. Then my regular finishing soak in PGA. I'm just concerned about the peroxide's oxidative power against the coil wire and other metals that it'll come into contact with.
But since the theory is: Subzero will never come out; I'll have nothing to lose but a mini.

Never tried peroxide, but i couldn't get it out of my minis, so they became dedicated menthol devices. Not a bad thing of course...

Can't imagine peroxide would do too much to the coil, if it's kanthal, because kanthal has a layer of protective aluminum oxide that should mean it can't oxidize anymore, and if it did, shouldn't be drastically different. I'm no chemist, but thats how I see it. Nichrome is similarly corrosion resistant, if that is what the coil is made from.

Time to reload the DMD with sub zero, methinks...
