While we are open to criticism, I must emphasize that criticism is better received when it's constructive and helps us either improve a product or helps one of our other customers with some advice.
Lately there seems to be a few who think that addressing their concerns with Tasty Vapor is best accomplished by trolling our forum and harassing our other customers. We will no longer tolerate this.
As we pay for this forum, this is very much akin to having someone in our house and using our living room to behave inappropriately.
If people have concerns about products they have received, we are more than adequately staffed to address any of your concerns in a more immediate fashion by having you call us at (888) 389-3229 or contacting us on Live Help. If you have less immediate concerns that don't require an immediate response, by all means, post on the forum.
We try to check ECF as much as possible and still run our operation, however, we can't always be on the forum to address concerns. This is why we have the alternate means of contacting us and we highly encourage you to use them.
Because of trolling on our forum, we have had to ban one user, and warn a couple of others. We're fine if you don't like our liquids, that's expected. We're just one "brand" in a sea of other liquid vendors, perhaps another liquid vendor may suit your needs more than Tasty Vapor.
I have asked the ECF mods to step in and scour this sub-forum and delete comments that they would, under normal circumstances, consider off-the-mark or inappropriate to give me a better idea of what kinds of things I should consider, things I should delete or right out not tolerate.
