I have been vaping for 3 weeks. Thought it was time to replace the wick (head?) on my CE5 Clearomizers. So, I bought them from Apollo since that was where I bought my eGo. First I noticed the number of wicks. The original head had one wick strand. The replacements they sent me both had 3 wick strands. The first one I replaced was DOA (per live chat with Apollo--they are AWESOME) the second one works, but it's very "airy" for lack of a better word. It's like trying to drink through a straw with a hole in it. Lots of air, or a "wind" sound. And the taste...admittedly the flavor is a new one that I just couldn't wait to try. Probably should steep. However, there is a chemical taste, too. Any advice about getting rid of the taste and "wind"? Thanks so much, I wanted to post this in the new members forum, but I have too many posts now, and can't post a question there. Gee, does that mean I talk too much? ;)

Hmm, that looks like the correct head for that clearomizer. However those clearomizers are a brand I'm not familiar with, they may be a low quality knock off.

The clearomizers I've used, and never had a problem with are THESE. I've been through probably 30 heads on those particular clearomizers and every one has worked as expected. I've even started rebuilding the heads as we (my gf and I) use these to test new flavors and I can rebuild them for about 5 cents each! :)
