I've been trying for 3 hours to charge batteries for my new Infinity and the Batts are still dead. I put them in nice and straight,tried wriggling them etc. Help!!!!!!!!

Fran are the charger lights changing to red when you put them on the charger?
I have been having nothing but trouble with my Infinity also. I have not even been able to get the backlight to show. My battery light on the chrger goes green. I push them all the way in, and I still get nothing. I am sort of feeling that the Infinity is all bunch of hype. Now on the other hand, my Provari is great. Works with any atty and ALWAYS hits. Another problem with my Infinity is that it took me forever to get the inner battery out. It was stuck pretty good. I would like to know what the problem is. Is it a bunch of bad batteries????
OK if the lights are going red then you are getting good contact. Is it the charger that Mike sells? The TR-001?
You also might try removing the batteries and unplugging the charger. Replug the charger and reinsert. Sometimes that has helped me in the past with other Li-Ion chargers.

Yes that's the charger. I've unplugged and redone. Just have to wait now I guess.

Fran, do you have more than one charger? If so, try em in a different one. I feel your pain hun!
Also Fran, tell us what brand your Buzz batt charger is...it most likely will work for your Infinity batts as well. Like Ruppy said, test your batts if you can...it may not be the batts.
Fran if you don't have a meter plug a Buzz battery into the Infinity charger and see if it charges too green...I haven't used the charger I got with the kit as I already had three of them...When it turns red it's charging....but it's also made in China.......as are the batteries....Trustfire is making a new model of that charger with copper contacts...It's grey and black....
Set the meter too DC20...touch black lead too the ground end and the red lead too the positive nipple on the battery.........
