Trouble uploading iphone pics...

The upload function on ecf is saying they can't upload my pics whereas before they were...

Is there any setting or method that you use to ensure uploadable pics with your iPhone?

Can't speak for getting photos from the iPhone straight to the forum, but you should be able to upload them to an image hosting site like
Www.Imageshack.us
Or
Www.imagebam.com
Then use the image code for forums to post the pictures.
Taptalk will host pictures for you also, but I think I read that you can't use taptalk in the classified section.

iPhone pictures tend to be too large in my experience. I usually just use imgur: the simple image sharer because it has an ultra handy firefox extension that allows uploading from the web with a right click, and the BBCode for forum posts is right there when you upload.
