trouble with brand new Itaste vv

plugged my brand new Itaste v v in right out of the box and got this series of color flashes , Red-Yellow-Green-Green-Green. That series repeats consistently. Leaving it plugged in does not change the ongoing flashes and the result is an uncharged battey?

Did an instruction manual come with the mod? It may need to be programmed by you hitting the button a certain amount of times or holding the button in to lock in.

If its the vv v3 its a bad battery
I work in a shop and we just retured a brand new mvp 2 to innokin because of this problem

I just had a similar problem over the weekend. My VV V3 came with a retractable white charging cable, which I loved, but which is apparently not all that durable when carried in a large purse every day. Anyway, when I switched to a different charging cable, all was well. I ended up using the USB cable that came with my e-reader, and that seemed to work fine.
