iTaste VV V3.0 flash red, yellow and flash green 3 times

The iTaste I brought 33 days ago started acting up when charging. When you plug it in it will flash and then turn green. And the it will flash red, yellow and flash green 3 times. It seems to never fully charge. Sometimes it takes all day to charge if it keeps flashing.
Any ideas?

That doesn't sound right.

Does it do the same thing if you turn it off (5 clicks) before you charge it?

Have you tried a different charging cable? It could be an intermittent fault.
