Sorry, I have to completely disagree with your statement, except that yes cigarettes do taste quite bad to most people. If nicotine is the only thing people crave, then surely no one needs to vape.

I have to disagree as well, I have quite a collection of juices that appeal to my taste buds. In fact I would say 90% of my stock are flavors I can vape everyday. I think what you are missing about this post is that I'm fresh off analogs and still crave the simulated experience as a whole. When I vape up a cherry or 555 or Du more eh and Play hers they are tasty but don't recreate the full effect leaving me unsatisfied. As for my nic lvl I'm pretty sure I'm on par with 24mg 2-3ml per day from a pack a day smoker. I have overdone it and had a few nasty headaches so I can gauge pretty well when I'm full up of nic.
I think the best way to describe it would be if I was craving a big juicy bacon burger and was given a dirty peperoni and extra cheese pizza, both are greasy and will clog up your arteries but only one will satisfy that craving.

Hi Frank, Have you had a look at NET's - naturally extracted tobaccos? I'm partial to cigar extract myself as it gives that authenticity to the flavor. There are a lot of straight up tobacco e-liquids. Check the Natural tobaccos thread to get some vendor and juice options. I hear you about your tastes. Seems that once upon a time it was OK to be an afficionado of good port, good wines, good tobacco/pipe/cigars. I don't see why any of that should change simply because the average smoke has been degraded by BT or port is passe because they can't call it that if they make it in California. Go for it!
NET's not sure, I have been looking into TPA's Tobacco extracts, are they along the same line? I think a tear came to my eye when you mentioned port and cigars, I all ways enjoyed a nice tawny with my cigars and haven't decided what to do with my stash as of yet.

Port? Now that is something I do like. I'm wondering if a Belgian Cocoa tobacco and a nice glass of port would be a good combination?
I don't think I have that craving for an analogue tasting vape - and the real thing is absolutely horrid after vaping for even a couple of weeks - but there are a few of my occasional vapes that I sometimes wonder to myself what the attraction is. I'll go with the greasy burger craving analogy and have my guilty pleasure of the occasional turkish tobacco vape and then go back to my organic fruit flavours to feel more virtuous.

Nice stash Frank! I can't speak for TPA - I suspect most of there products comprise tobacco absolute, which to my understanding isn't quite the same thing. Have a look at the natural tobacco thread and see if that might be what you're looking for. House of Liquids in England is Outstanding. I Love love love their cigarillos naturelle with its smokey flavor that really gives you that yummy lingering cigar note. They also ship the products dry with the liquid separate so you can steep them yourselves...and of course this led to this page

So I finally got around to reading the WTA thread and it has defiantly spiked my curiosity. The only thing that turned me off was the price per ml, @ $12 per 10ml I could see this getting quite expensive. I did however notice that Aroma offered a concentrate 4ml bottle and was wondering what the ratio's were? say 4ml concentrate to 30ml juice? If that was the case it would def be worth a try. Kingcobra mentioned that he was mixing WTA at 1/3 but i have to only assume it was premixed?

, this led to a lengthy debate as to how safe it is and do I really want to adding more chemicals to the equation. I guess a little more digging is in order.
It tastes like a fresh pack of smokes smells ... if that makes any sense.
^THIS right here is why I think people still want that "analog taste" experience - me included.
Ever smell a Rum and Wine Colts cigar??? These were a treat that my dad treated himself to once in a while, when I was a kid, and I want, want, wants to find a vape like that intensely. I don't have a lot of disposable income to try all the tobacco flavoured vapes out there at once (and limited to only vg brands which will always be sweeter), but so far the 555+5 from Juggies is the closest that I have found so far. I'll be going for more of his tobacco flavours on my next orders from him to find my fav. I'll have to try out Renthepen's recommendation for the Roll'eez next.
I'd also like to suggest going for a coffee flavour because that is a familiar taste that usually goes with a smoke and could perhaps help as well. Keep us updated!
For me, I HATED the taste of tobacco, but without the bad aftertaste I still craved a cigarette. As someone said, I had to go with something that tasted like a cigar to me, to get that aftertaste that made me feel like I had smoked. *shrugs* Different things are triggering or part of the habit or addiction for different people.
Ugh, I started that mess of a WTA thread. I could have summed it up; WTA might be worse for you and is expensive. It may or may not help with the cravings. Oh and TV Tobacco isn't a "true" WTA, but there is something extra in it, from the "crude" maceration process. I never did try WTA, since strong tobacco and cigar flavours finally killed my remaining urges.
Personally I think juggies tobaccos aren't so great for a tobacco taste. I ordered about half of them, although I like them, I would not say they are a tobacco per se say, maybe very mild tobaccos. He does have tobacco extracts in the DIY section as well.
I wonder .. I think I could still enjoy a cigar without the urge to smoke, it was always quite a different and much nicer experience.
