False, because it isn't really over for me. My fiance is from the Ukraine, so I still have to get through New Year's Day (when she gets a present from Father Frost), and then the real Christmas day in January (she's Orthodox, which still uses the Julian calendar).

TNP probably won't take down their Christmas decorations for a couple of weeks.

True! So very true! I once lived two doors down from a lounge, so I'd go there on New Year's Eve to watch their antics. Since I don't now have such a place within walking distance, I stay snugly at home.
