And, no, it's not. Barbecuing is a way of preparing meat that implies certain families of spices but has nothing to do with sauce or necessarily the taste people call "spicy" (meaning capsacin). [/i]Barbecue sauce[/i] is a sauce with those spices and something vaguely approximating the taste that meat naturally acquires when it's spent a few hours in a smoker.

False…haven't found one I liked and just about gave up & True, though I don't always get it……red bull is way faster. But there's nothing like a good cup of coffee.
