truely want to quit cigarettes here is what I did and it's working

I started simple with a beginers kit that cost me $25.00 and my first flavor about $9.00 this got me started it was about 18ml Nicotine as I was a fairly heavy smoker but before a month had elapsed I'd dropped to a 12 mg nicotine then just a few months ago I dropped again to a 6 meg nicotine and now am about to drop again to a 3 meg level. this has worked for me no patches no gum no expensive medications I've graduated from my beginners kit to an MVP and must say I'm extremely happy if you have other questions please ask thanks

Welcome to ecf! You've done remarkable in a short period of time. Might want to keep some of your higher nicotine juice on hand, it'll help if you have a bad day and feel like you might relapse.

your method isn't out of the norm. My own path was 12, 6, 3 and now I'm half 0 and half 3mg. Congrats on moving off the burn sticks.
