Will the Trustfire Multifunctional Universal Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery Charger charge an 18350 safely? I just bought a Vamo which comes with 18350s but the charger on amazon

Yes... Yes it will.

I have one and charge 18350's with it all the time.

BTW - That Trustfire TR-01 will also charge 18490/18500 batteries.
