Trustfire Battery Charger Malfunction

So....had my SB for about a week and had fully charged both batteries. Used up the first one and went to recharge and my charger started whining?!? Holy heck!!

So, I sadly had to stop the charge and contact AltSmoke and try to figure out what the problem could be. Great response time (especially since I am IN NEED OF A CHARGE ASAP) and Rob gladly indicated that he would replace the malfunctioned one. Just wanted to give my kudos to customer service at AltSmoke.

Now the wait for the new charger to get here.......

I hope you've got a backup rig until the new charger arrives. By the way, most people overlook having spare chargers. I always keep spares of each type.
