Trustfire charger question

I bought a mod last week that came with two 14500 batts and the ubiquitous Trustfire charger. after a few days, one of the chambers of the charger still goes from red to green when the battery finishes charging. The other chamber now starts at red but the LED now just goes out when it finishes charging the battery.

Should I be concerned?

I have one that does the same thing, it still works so I don't worry about it.
