This seemed to be the best place to ask about my charger issue, so...

For several months, I've been using a Trustfire TR-001 (black w/ switch on the side for 3.6V or 3.0V batts...it's in the 3.6V position) with no problems. Today, I noticed it was flashing all green lights with both batts inserted. As it had not done that before, I pulled the batts, but it kept flashing while empty. The batts are charged, but I'm worried about trying to use it again, so I broke out my two old chargers (both of which have a bad side but will still charge on the good side).

I unplugged/plugged, but it still flashes empty. I unplugged and left it for several hours, same thing. I've had many of these chargers, but none of them ever flashed while empty...they have all simply stopped charging.

I'm thinking it's unsafe/toast...anyone agree?

I have a Trustfire TR 001 and mine doesn't have a switch on the side, it does a dc input jack. Mine has been working good for three months, but I have my doubts as to long term durability. I plan on getting the Nitecore 4 bay soon, many people recommend the xtar line, I hope you can limp by on the ones with bad sides until you can get a more durable one.
