Trying to cancel order.

I placed an order last night at 8pm est and I am trying to cancel it. It almost immediately went into processing and would not allow me to cancel. Since you do not take returns on cartomizers and I bought a kit I will have to eat the cost of those if you ship it and I really rather not do that for an order that I am trying to cancel.

Dont feel bad. My order didnt even go thru tonite.
After completing the order, said it was declined. Called mastercard and they said it went thru just fine.
So now i have no order number, no money. And am sitting her twiddling my fingers, getting angrier by the minute.
My mother gave me this money for this as a birthday gift to me. nice. really reallynice. and good luck with those guys getting back to me at provape. no phone, cant email them directly, so i can show them the snapshots i took of the order. etc etc.

who knows how long i'll have to wait til this gets cleared up. now i'm wishing i just waited til tomorrow and tried for the mini, maybe its a different procedure.

sigh.

Same thing has happened to me too. Finally, decided to go for a Provari... hit the button to complete the order and was told it was declined for incorrect address. Called bank and verified address was correct in their system. Money was approved and removed from my account. So now I'm on the waiting list for emails to be read. As I sent one directly to provape after I got off phone with bank.

Ok.. off to bed as I work nights. Hoping to wake up to a response of some kind,
