Trying to Contact Liberty Flights

Hi, new here still. I ordered 2 Riva 510 lite bundle kits last week from you guys (Liberty Flights) but I placed them 1 day apart, so they were separate orders. When I got my shipping notification email, both orders had the same tracking #, so I was expecting to receive both kits in one package.

A package arrived on Wednesday, January 12th and it contained only my 1st order (1x Riva 510 Lite Bundle + 2x 18 gauge syringes). I have checked the mail every day and I have yet to receive the 2nd order (1x Riva 510 Lite Bundle) and it has now been over 1 week since I placed the last order.

Also, the AC to USB adapter in my kit does not work.

I have tried calling your contact number a few times, but am unable to get in touch with anything but an answering machine. If you could please be so kind to contact me, I would like to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. I had planned on ordering a few more kits from you guys so that I can gift a few to my friends, but honestly I am starting to get a little discouraged from doing that.

I hope that we are able to get everything worked out in a timely manner that provides happiness and satisfaction to both your company and myself. I have not heard anything but great things about Liberty Flights, so I am hoping that this is just an honest mistake.

To summarize:

1) Placed 1st order on Jan 9 2011 9:54AM (time showed on My Account page, assuming GMT)
2) Placed 2nd order on Jan 10 2011 9:11AM
3) Received emails for both shipments, both had the same tracking number
4) Received package on Jan 12 2011, contained only first order
5) AC to USB adapter does not work (everything else in first order is perfect!)
6) Have called a few times (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Today), unable to reach anyone, just an answering machine -- have left 2 messages
7) Still have not received 2nd order
8) Waiting to resolve outstanding issue before I order more kits; slightly discouraged to do so at this time

I am really pleased with your prices and products so far so I really didn't want to have any outstanding issues with your company. I've already referred 3 friends (one of which this package is actually for) to your company, as well as one business (a local headshop that just opened up -- went to see what he had for ecigs and he only has lower than low quality stuff)

Has the package already been shipped or are you shipping it out tomorrow? Please let me know, thanks!
