Hello, I was an e-cig user 2 years ago but I stopped using it because of the maintenance and the need to drop a syrup (i really forgot what it is called) every 3-4 puffs. now i'm very ill, my heart sometimes becomes very painful and i have decided to really quit smoking..

do you know any e cig that doesn't need regular maintenance? my previous e-cig was really hard to maintain, i need to boil the atomizer so that it is clean.. because i get a burn taste thats why i hated using it. so i really clean it several times a week.. then i also hated dropping a syrup in the atomizer.. i need a good e-cig that requires no regular maintenance.. and have a syrup tank attached to it..

btw, i'm smoking malboro lights.. do you know any syrup that can be good for me? please help me.. i really want to quit smoking. as of now, my heart is still in pain and im typing this.. i'm going to a doctor tomorrow morning, but i really need this e-cig so that i won't smoke anymore..

Definetly a bottom feeder, I use Reo Grand and that´s the most hassle free vape I have found; it has a 6ml bottle inside that last me for 2 days and I use 306 atties, they last me for about a month or a little more.

Check out reosmods.com and their supllier forum: Reos Mods

hello sir, unfortunately with a price tag of $144 it is unreachable for me.. is there a cheaper option for me? less than $100 is ok...

From your limited description, it sounds to me that your were what we call "dripping" e-juice, or what it seems you called dropping syrup.

Not sure what type/size battery you may have had a couple of years ago, or whether you still have it or if it works. A lot of improvements have been made to vaping devices over the last couple of years, so perhaps a new setup would be best for you.

I generally recommend Smokeless Image to new vapors. If you prefer to again "drip" your e-juice ( or syrup ), some other device might be better as Smokeless Image devices don't really cator to the dripping crowd.

However, there are simple and effective juice delivery devices available that you no longer need to drip your juice every four puffs. A clearomizer, ce3, or cartomizer each could last you all day without needing a refill of juice. All three of these juice carriers simply screw on the end of your rechargable battery. All of Smokeless Image's devices are compatable with one another, so that simplifies things for new and old vapors alike.

I'd recommend the Volt X2 passthru batteries for you. Depending upon the size battery you choose, they can provide anywhere between 6 to over 12 hours of battery time between charges. The passthru charger also allows you to vape while your battery is charging.

Then get a couple of clearomizers, pack of ce3's, and pack of cartomizers to see which device you prefer to put your juice in and vape on top of your X2 batteries.

Bottles of e-juice, or "syrup" are also available on the website.

I'll provide a link to their website below. There is also a very active subforum for people who use Smokeless Image devices who would be more than willing to answer any questions you might have. There are also demo and review videos at the top of the page.

I emphasize with you, I've been vaping for more than 3 years and back 2 years ago the Atomizers and Cartomizers really sucked.

I strongly suggest you do the following. If you are on a budget.
Buy 2 Ego Twists VV at least 900Mah, You'll spend around $60.00
or
Smoktek Smokbox Varicool 3 Amp. $54.95 for unit, $10.00 for Batteries, $8.95 Charger. Total: $74.00
You might want to get two sets of batteries.

For the Clearomizer
Buy a Vivi Nova Clearomizer- $13.95 with 3 heads. The Vivi Nova Holds 3.5ml of Liquid. You can fill it and forget it. When you need to refill it you don't need a syringe just take of the mouthpiece and drip the liquid in down the side. It's rock solid and the coil is replaceable by screwing in.

The Reo´s are pricey at first, but you can find one in the classified section on the forum, either Grand or Mini. I bought one of my Grands for a 100, and they included batteries and charger. Unfortunately, I don´t know of a cheaper bottom feeder, but I´m sure there are some.

The advantage I see is that the Reos need almost no mantenance, they are metalic and have no sodder, electronics or wire, and other ecigs get gunked up, brake apart or start failing for whatever reason.

Well, the ego-c is a good one to start for under a hundred, if price is REALLY a problem right now (been there) a 510-t kit Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510-T is around 40 or you can find some cheaper. That'll get you going and off cigs until you can decide what you like or want after some more research. If you can afford it, go for the ego, there are several different kinds that all take the same battery and they can be used with some mods too if you prefer later. If only my mother (who has had a heart attack) would try like you:)

I use Clearos most of the time because you can just keep on vaping. But by that same accord I also like Dripping because it slows down my consumption because I have to do more labor to get it going. That and dripping generally provides the best Taste Experience when it come to me and vaping.

Sorry, off to Chemo with pops now.

hello sir, thanks for the awesome reply.. yeah i feel overwhelm with the new products in e-cigs. last 2 years i was using a passthru e-cig. however i forgot the name..

i also had a e-cig that looks like a cigarette. and an e-cig that looked like a pen.. however all of them are not working anymore..

now. im trying to find an ecig that is very reliable and doesn't break often. i mean, i have 3 ecigs last 2 years because it is not reliable thats why i kept buying new one and i finally given up on buying another because it is just very expensive.

the smokeless image doesn't seem like a very reliable e-cig. it looks like my e-cig 2 years ago that looked like a cigarette. so my main choice now is reo mod. it looks like a very strong product that will last forever. lol and i like the fact that i don't need to regularly clean it..

and i also like smokbox varicool. it looks like a cheap version of reo mod. so tomorrow, ill go to my local shop that sells an e-cig and hopefully they have one.

i'm living in philippines, i don't know if a product like these exists here.. but e-cig is really popular here in our country. and there are a lot of passionate ecig users here.:p

Havent tried any of these pieces myself being a brand new vaper. But I can tell you that I started off with Blu cigs and was completely unsatisfied with them. I wish I didnt waste my money on them. I fount the Inferno tube tank set up from Buy E-Cigarette | Safety Electronic Cigarette | Electronic Cigarettes and am very satisfied with them. The kit came with 2 batteries, 5 cartos, a tank and 10mls of your choice of e liquid. great place to start IMHO.

You are very lucky being in Manilla! They have lots of great things there and seem way ahead of the US in vaping devices!

I started with an ego and cartomizers. They worked well, if you get 2 batteries, you can use one when you charge the other. You can get cartomizers here for less than $1 each. The regular sized cartos hold about 1 mil of liquid. You fill them from the bottom at first and then drip some on the top when they start to get dry. That is very inexpensive.

If you wanted to spend a little more, get an ego twist, so you can change the voltage, which is nice. Also, the vivi nova tanks look really nice! I think I am going to get one of those next. It will hold a lot of juice and all you have to do is unscrew the top and fill it up. It uses a wick, instead of filler material and it will taste better.... You buy it once and then, you can just buy a new head for it for a few dollars.

Welcome to the forums and good luck! I would find a local vape meet! Also, there are Ron's Old Goat bottom feeder mods that he sells on this forum. They are only about $25, but I don't know if he will ship outside of the US!

My condolences in regards to your health. I hope you feel better soon. E-cigs have come long way in just the last year. As you don't like dripping I would suggest a vivi nova 2.5. If you can't find it locally order it from Gotvapes. This is a device you use instead of the atomizer that you were dripping drops of liquid into. This one you fill up and you are set for the day. As for your actual electronic cigarette I would suggest something that is VV and in your price range a Lava Tube is a good buy. If they don't have one local you can try this one.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

Here
I got the KGO starter kit from The Plume Room and I love it. It is very durable and high quality, and it is very versatile. I especially find the KGO to be very easy to use and maintain. The starter kits here start at $40, and you get at least 2 batteries in a kit. Buying one of the suggested tanks or clearomizers is very nice. You can talk to the shop owner and she is very helpful. She is also very generous with the free samples. The juices here aree very nice. Everything in this shop is very high quality.
