Trying to find correct cart/batt adapter.

I can't seem to find the correct adapter to go from an ego/riva batt to an "E8" cartomizer. The E8 is the problem because I can't find definitive info on just what model the E8 is. I thought I had finally figured it out and that it is the "KR808d1" but I just got an adapter from provape and the small end screws into the riva batt and the other male end is noticeably larger. What's really weird is that the "Riva" end, which I believe is a 510, seems like it would fit in my carts if the thread was different. That or the size is off by one or two tenths of a mm. Here's the link(that doesn't work, forgot ) to the site with the page showing the actual sizes of their products. Hope someone can help me out as my wife is getting desperate. No, I don't know why she wants to use the smaller carts. The fact that I think there's an adapter that'll work is what matters anyway.

I'm not sure if there is an off the shelf adapter available. I believe the E9 uses the same thread as the KR808D-2, but I'm not sure on the E8. However, I don't know of anyone selling KR808D-2 adapters in any case... You could possibly make an adapter with an old E8 battery connector (you'd have to remove it from a battery) and a 510 atomizer connector (which you can buy), and an old atomizer or carto body to make up the body of the adapter. It's what some people used to do before thread adapters were widely available.

Personally, I see absolutely no need when there is a huge range of 510 carto's available, many of which will likely outperform the E8 cartomizers! The Kanger 510 bottom coil carto's are one of the best around.
