I signed up to your website today and was going to place an order. Everytime I tried to place an order in my cart, the screen said please while while we process your order and then it just went to a page that said I have no items in my cart. I must have tried this 10 different ways. I read all about how you are a great customer service company and you would even provide your phone number, however, the "contact us" link doesn't work. What gives?????
