Trying to place an order

I signed up to your website today and was going to place an order. Everytime I tried to place an order in my cart, the screen said please while while we process your order and then it just went to a page that said I have no items in my cart. I must have tried this 10 different ways. I read all about how you are a great customer service company and you would even provide your phone number, however, the "contact us" link doesn't work. What gives?????
May have had a customer here, but with the shadyness going on, I think I'll just shop elsewhere.:nah:

Hi Justincase,

Sorry you had troubles placing an order. Sometimes customers' security settings prevent the Volusion shopping cart from working properly. I see you had the same issue with Vapor4Life's site which is also Volusion based.

I just checked the How to contact us link on the left side of the screen and it seems to work OK. I think you might have accidentally been trying to click the text on the main page which isn't actually a hyperlink. I just re-wrote the text because I really didn't make it very clear.

Sorry that gave you the impression we were shady.

Thank you for clearing that up. Yes, I was experiencing the same issue with V4L, but that was because I had personally changed my settings on my computer to a personalized "high" setting because of a different website I was visiting. After changing it back to "normal" I had no problems at all over there.

After getting that straight is when I was trying to visit your site. I will try again today.

As far as the "how to contact us" link, it is still not working for me. Am I trying to use the wrong one? I am on the "home" page and on the left hand side there are "Who we are", "how to contact us", Warranty & Returns" and so on. Every one works except the "how to contact us". What am I not getting?

Again, I'm sorry thinking it was shady, I should have known if your business is listed at ECF, you are on the up and up, I just got frustrated and wanted to place an order to be shipped out same day. I thought I was going to find myself in a pinch, and well, you know how us vaporers can be when we are threatened with not having anything to vape.8-o
