hi all,

ive been smoking since a young(er) age and currently smoke around 20 a day.

i went to the sea side with a couple of friends and i saw a market trader selling e-cigs, so i tried it and ended up buying one. all was well for 2 days (and only 2 cigarettes, just because my battery had died) then the thing just stopped working.

i got online and ive ordered myself a realis just because it looks like just the thing for me, it should arrive tomorrow and i cant wait to try it.

after i ordered it i stumbled across this forum and thought id come and say hi and have a good read :)

I was a 20 a day smoker and I got an eGo and now I do not smoke at all (actually I hate cigs now they taste nasty) Hope what you ordered works, if it doesn't then try an eGo (puresmoker has a good deal) and either BOGE 510 cartomizers, or clearomizers (I use both)
Let me know if you have any questions

well, day 3 smoke free and im not craving :)

got my realis today and im really enjoying it already. had a go at filling a cartridge earlier (i used it all day) and failed miserably. theres fluid coming out of the end and i only tried to use 4 drops

Hello & welcome Popeye :)

I'm also a UK member - I'm in Cornwall :)

I'm guessing you got your Realis from Liberro? If so, Simon is a good supplier. Looking at the starter kit, it's a 2 piece - ie batteries & cartomisers.

Even though you say you used only 4 drops, it does sound like you have over filled your cartomiser. A good video to watch to help you get the hang of refilling cartomisers -
YouTube - A double demo! The Cartomizer Condom Filling Method, and the Taryn Spin.

Got to admit though that I've never really got on with cartomisers myself

Liberro used to be called e-cigs.co.uk & Simon as you say really knows about customer service - never heard a bad word about him :)

Lol, not too sure about the Realis though - don't get me wrong, looks like a great little e-cig but will need recharging too often (like all the smaller real cig lookalikes) If you are/used to be a heavy smoker :)
