its a sad day for me cause in one day i've had two issues with two products from geekvape. i am so done with their products. i could care less if they rate 20/10!

anyways my new issue is with the tsunami.

the grub screw is not unscrew-able. its broken in the hole! its horrendous. at least thats how i see it.
you unscrew 3 then get to the fourth and you try to open it and its going no where. theres like 3/4 of a grip.
first, the other screws are so tight in there thta they do a cracking sound once opened.
now comes the screw with it being halfed/broken.
how on earth did they do such a lousy job at this?

a larger screw/hex doesnt grip on it and is causing more of the remaining to be ...well, blinder on a grip.

i found this video of this guy using some epoxy gel sort of gel and he ... well, look at the video here.

please help me figure out how to unscrew this nightmare so i can at least replace it with a spare ...

Simple, and you probably didn't even notice.

During Shipping - Not manufacture, the Screw Vibrated inward and dropped from the threading(stuck) trapped within the opening. When attempting removal, you were catching the threads improperly, causing a bind.
I've Seen it
I've done it
I haven't posted, blaming a Manufacturer for it.<they usually Strip threading>
