I like how the reporters states that e-cigs are banned or restricted in California :confused: - or "Some of these smokeless smokes have come under fire in recent months from the fda in large part because one of the ingredients you'll find in them is also something you'll find in your car's radiator, it's called diethlene glycol." Even though Diethlene Glycol was only found in 1 cartridge at a level massivly below the FDA's acceptable daily intake of the chemical....he's obviously very meticulous about getting the facts. Clearly an asset to his profession. :nah:

These yahoos have to be copying some sort of bullet point pres release from some org or something....

But yes the Cali Ban was vetoed and only 1 cartridge out of 18 tested had 1% DEG and was most likely do to QA problems at the plant that made the carts.

If the doctor who helped pass the 2006 Ban is saying they are less harmful for you then wouldn't logic dictate the vapor is less harmful as well?? Anyhow HealthNZ did test the vapor--- It is harmless.
