turning a mech switch to a regulated mod switch possible?

Hey guys, just as the thread name stated, how would you guys go about this? Im planning a mod with a cross design of the zna (hence the use of the nemesis mech spare i have) and a kato square for a small kayfun box mod build w a 18650 and using the guts of a zmax 15w tube mod that i have and hate the build of the tube. 15w for the kayfun at around 1.6ohm 28g works best for me on my dna30 so i think ill be ok with the chip. Any suggestions guys? I dont mind the extra grease work as long as i get it just the way i want it.
