building a mech mod at home depot

I was wondering if its possile to build your own mech mod amd or atomizer from parts that you can pick up at a hardware store? I mean if vaping becomes illegal and or im stuck with only cigalikes im going to try my best to make my own mech mod. My nemesis and kayfun wont last forever. Brb preparing for the worst.


On a side note I herd fasttech wont be effected. Is their truth to this? Even if they are banned can I still order from fasttech?

It's absolutely possible. Many folks on here have. But I'm not too worried about bans. In my younger, crazier years, I always new stores that sold those big water pipes for smoking "tobacco"!

3/4" copper pipe,2 3/4" copper caps, 510 connector, finishing nail,18650, spring to wrap around outside of batt. Sorry no pics I've built one. I gotta make another I'll take pics and post

Start with a copper tube or a $1 flashlight that holds 3xaaa batteries.

For the atomizer, you either need to get/make a 510 connector. Or accept building your own atomizer too. Fortunately, there are a good variety of gold plated audio connectors that work wonderfully for making an atomizer and power connection. 1/8" audio, 1/4" audio, BNC, RCA, Coax, etc. Or you could go in the Hybrid/Genesis direction.
