Turning my clear juice dark?

I have been enjoying Grumpy Bear from MTV. It's a nice clear juice that tastes good. 2 fills in, changing the head with a cleaned one every fill, I notice the juice get real dark. Anyone care to take a guess why? I think it may be one of the heads had some dark buildup inside, and is "leaking" out.

Gunk build up will turn your juice dark if you're using a clearomizer or cartomizer.

I have had juice darken in dual coil tanks.

My thinking/understanding is it is just a side effect of the heat generated when vaping. Should not have effects on the juice at all.

Unless your juice is tasting off, it's a non-issue. There are dozen of posts about this all over ECF.
Juice being heated inside the carto, a little back wash of that back into the tank and heat of the carto when your juice is low will cause it to darken and slightly thicken.

Similar to leaving a coffee pot on all day...

I've noticed this usually with lower ohm coils on my tanks. I find that the juice is getting "cooked"

"cooked" is how I see it. It can only be heated up so many times. So sez I. Still, some of my flavors even if cooked, make no problem.

I get the same thing on my KPros with some lighter juice like HHVs Angel's kiss (top notch vape btw). I don't notice any change in flavor though.
