Tutorial: Re-wrapping a battery

Sooner or later the wrapping on batteries gets damaged making them unsafe to use. It can cause shorts or constant firing in some devices. This tutorial was extremely useful to me, and I thought it was worth putting back on the ECF radar.

The thread is quite old and has been closed, hence why I am reposting it rather than bumping it
