Tutti-Frutti question.

What would be a good % to start with on Tutti Frutti from TFA? I received a sample from WL. I'm using a pre made base of 50/50 at 18 mil strength. I realize adding flavors will lower the nicotine content a bit but that's okay. I tried it at 10% and 15 % and it didn't seem to have a lot of flavor. Is it one that benefits from steeping? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've tried it at several percetages and nothing has worked for me. It taste like perfumey chemicals.

I made a small batch last week at 5% and it turned out fine with no steeping.

ETA: This was a 24mg batch using 100% PG 60mg/mL nic resulting in a 70/30 mix.

I made a small batch of 5ml using 10% Tutti-Frutti and 5% EM. It doesn't taste perfumey to me at all (after I added the EM), but I can't say the same for raspberry or blackberry flavors.
