TW quality

[Smokin' No More]

Has anyone else noticed that TW's quality has been slipping lately? I've been using their stuff for the last year, and never had a single problem until a couple months ago. Now, when I order attys and carts the attys are often DOA or give off poor vapor production, and the stuffing in the carts is now packed so tight that I can hardly get any juice in them. They used to soak up at least 10 drops, but now, I can never get more than five.

Has anyone noticed this lately?

bummer.. i got my first eGo clone (Tornado) form TW, and I fell in love with their Titan 510 attys... 2.2 Ohm.

I've heard they are too big to fail... or care, but what goes up....

I bought 8 lr attys from them and was VERY disappointed with every single one. The longest one made it almost a week, but it really wasn't worth a crap after the first day. By far the worst attys I've had. Won't be ordering more.

I learned my lesson the hard way, and by seeing actions and conduct and policy, they are "history" for me, not counting the staff that was very nice. But considering what they have to work with, their hands are tied, so it is no reflection on them. They just do as told, and there lies their problem(s).

Geez, sorry to hear that. I love their wares, never had a problem and I sure did stock up during the yo-yo sale on some great deals. Love the batteries and atty's. Can only whine about the finish, they chip and scratch easy but so do most glossys, never have a problem with flat finish hardware. That does not effect performance though. I can't speak toward the carto's complaint because I drip.
