I dunno. I got one, must've been 6 or 7 months ago. Shortly thereafter, I lost the switch spring which made the SD a little problematic to use. It took a while, but I got around to replacing the spring. I still never got back into the SD though after that. Maybe I should dust it off and give it another shot, huh?

They're just giving you junk in the pack to make the offer look more enticing, hardly anybody uses regular attys anymore on a 3.7v device, and i would want to get my own batteries and charger so i know i have good quality stuff. I use AW batteries and Trustfire chargers myself.

If i was after a smaller 3.7v device these days i would buy an Icon / GGTB which are around the same price with batteries and all mechanical mods, no electronics for failure. Or you could buy a box mod for even less.

My sd was my turning point in vaping. Saved me from going back to analogs. I have 2 now, and will advise anyone to get one that needs a pv that works every single time. If the button gets loose, one time with a flat head screwdriver fixes the prob. Been vaping mine for almost a year with no prob. Excellent mod imo. Simplicity=success

I just pick up the same deal and I have to say I'm happy with it. You should add a LR addy and a good tip. You can also add a 901/ 808 adapter if you want to use carto's. Battery life is great TW customer service is great also. The only thing I will add is a better charger and a couple extra batteries. Start off with the addy's they give you but if you really want to wake it up get some LR's

Good advice. Everyone I have talked into buying one has quit smoking analogs that day. Not a whole lot of people, but having gotten 3 folks off of the cancer sticks with the sd makes me really like this simple mod. Just remember, just because a design is a little old, doesn't mean it's not extremely effective. I have other mods I like as well. The Kaji journeyman is my favorite at the moment. But it has a switch, and switches die. And when it does, I'll have old faithful waiting to jump back into action lol.

The SD is all mechanical and they are not giving you junk. You sort of sound ...... off they didn't just buy something from you. You don't have any thing on your site even close to what the SD is, so why rag on someone else makes no sence.

What exactly are we calling junk that comes with the SD? The lanyard is kinda silly, I'll give you that. But the batteries are rock solid. Hell, I still use my original ones. They won't hold a 8 or 10 hour charge like they used to, but they will still choke someone up lol. Was never really a fan of tw's atty's, but they are fine. Just a bit overpriced imo.

I'm actually considering picking one of these up. I've been wanting to add one to my collection for quite a while now.

You can't go wrong with it lol! I have carried one of these things in my pocket through pretty rough work days, gotten it wet and dirty, and take it dirt bike riding in my back pack. It's pretty well built imo. The drag you get is a little slower than that of an 18650, but you get used to it and it will perform all freakin day long. I ordered several mods last December when I joined ecf, and although I actually broke the top off of one sdmkII(fell on it at a party, don't ask lol) the replacement I got has outlasted all the other mods.
