I've been vaping for a solid year now and took the plunge to the TW tank system. My current, and ever so faithful PV is a mega tornado with an LR atty. I had mixed feelings about ordering the TW tank system for my tornado but if anything I thought it'd be good for driving. Maybe I'm just too use to my current tornado setup with my LR atty and drip tip I'm not sure, but the TH from the tank system is completely missing for me. The vapor production is awesome for it is, but the lack of TH is severely lacking for me. Overall a good tank concept, but just not for me. I was hoping this would turn out better because vaping on the LR atty does suffer flavor loss on certain juices, but maybe I'm just too use to it.

I haven't heard good reviews about these. I put off purchasing them and glad that I did. I bought the MAP tanks from COV and love them. Also, the stormi clear tanks are awesome to boot. You may want to give one of them a try when they get them in again. Both produce warm, flavorful vapor. Also, like WomanOfHeart said, ever consider a mod?

Did you blow all of the factory primer out before using the atty for the first time?

I noticed with mine that they have a lot of primer in them.. and the primer generates a lot of vapor but no TH. Once I got the primer out, the vapor production decreased a bit, but the TH increased dramatically. Not LR levels mind you.. but not bad.

By changing liquids I was able to get the TH up even more.. satisfying my needs.

I think my problem has become being spoiled. It took me about a week or two into vaping to try an LR atty with the tonado and I've been hooked on it since. I've tried other setups but never anything above 3.7v. It's not that I'm not satisfied with the LR atty on the tornado, I just want the the tank system to function the same I guess for driving purposes. I've always also used a drip-tip with the LR atty to make sure I'm getting the best TH/vapor production to fulfill my needs. I was a 1.5 pack smoker before I started vaping and now I only occasionally smoke analogs at social gatherings and what not.

I did work on the primer for about 30-40mins to make sure I had it all out. I mix my menthols from strictly ejuice to maximize the vapor/TH between PG/VG. I use 60% of their menthol with 30% of their menthol freeze (taste like halls but it's strong) finished with 10% totally wicked 36mg VG. The extra 10% VG I noticed really helps with vapor production while not interfering with the TH. For me I think it's nearly impossible to get off the LR atty/drip tip combo.

It all depends on the resistance of the tank. From what I understand, the tank is just a giant size CE2 mod. If the attys you're using are 2.0Ω and the tank is 3.0Ω, there's going to be a huge different with the TH and vapor production.

If you're talking about the ego-T "tank" (Tornado Tank)... they've been measuring about 2.2-2.3Ω.
