So I finally moved on from the basic to the more fun not so basics LOL

Ordered a couple twists from The Vapor Girl: Electronic Cigarette Kits, E Cig Mods, E Cigarette Liquids & More and am excited cuz they're pretty but a little stressed cuz I'm not really sure how they work.. My fiance has a ProVari and loves it but that thing is so complicated to me.. The twist seems the easiest way to go in my opinion :p

Anything I should know about using a twist? I use SR cartos in tanks so I think they should work out fine... Thanks in advance for any input! :D

Honestly I love my twists, just start at the bottom and twist until it tastes right to you. Cant get much more simple than that for VV.

Plus you won't find many people that don't like them, even if you upgrade further there is a lot of people that have them as a backup or out and about lightweight device.

The twist is my backup. I also have the KGO and the Provari. The twist is good, don't get me wrong. I just like the Provari because I can stand it up, and like the KGO for the button comfort. (Incidentally, all this VV, and I still stick at about 3.7, which is what the KGO has.) The only thing to really be aware of in the twist is that in my experience, the button can stick, so you have to hit it again to shut it off. Keep an eye on the light, and you'll be fine.

what the heck? this is my 1st time seeing them on the site and I thought I pushed every button vaporgirl had on the site haha. weird that I missed them.

Well see now you can go shopping lol :p

I was originally going to get the paisley ones to match my minis but they've been out of stock and I decided to get something different because I figured my minis are cute but my twists should be sexy so I guess I should take it as a sign that they weren't in stock :p

I have a Twist and love it. I also like using carto tanks the most on it. Heres a link to a vendor that carries a nice tank that works great on the twist. Boge F16 Cartomizer, Boge F16 Cartomizer 4ml tank, Boge Cartomizers For $6.99 you cant go wrong! Its the Boge F-16 4 mil tank. Its not as pretty as your paisley battery (clear poly tube, aluminum alloy caps, black drip tip) but they work really well on a twist. The tank comes with a 1.6 ohm single coil double punched Boge carto already in it, all you need to do is fill it with juice and vape away. I have been vaping out of the same carto that came with the tank for 4 weeks now and it still hits great. I usually dial my twist around 3.7-4.0 volts and it works great with this. When you click that link look at the bottom of the description, they link you directly to replacement cartos and thread adapter sleves (optional) if you want. I like this unit so much I just orderd another one. The tank w/carto, extra carto I purchased seperatley, adapter sleeve (they have black or chrome) AND shipping totalled only $14.00! Their customer service is 5 star, Prices are great and shipping is light speed. They even ship on Saturdays! Last two orders I placed were on a saturday morning and my stuff was in my mailbox that following Monday afternoon. Thats a beautiful thing :) Good luck!

We buy the Polypro tanks with the side screw from Valley Vapes..

http://www.valleyvapes.com/6ml-Triple-V-Polypro-Tank_p_20.html

I love them, easy to handle and fill and little to no mess.. Not as pretty as some of the glass tanks I've seen but I match my drip tips to my screws and they look fun and quirky, like me! :p We get all our replacement cartos there too with the double punch. Shipping time is fast and customer service is fantastic :)

valley view has some great pricing on pyrex glass tanks and their plastic tanks. very fair and competatively priced tanks, which I can really appreciate. I've had those tanks up in a tab in my browser for 2 days now :p I want one, but, i think i'd be better suited to just go for cheaper tanks outta china for now. I'll wait a little, save a little, and buy pyrex later on. Besides, right now, I rweally want to UP my rebuildables, gennies and vivi tanks, just in case **** hits the fan and we end up in battle with a vaping ban. I want to eventually be confident that I have enough rebuildables to last me a lifetime. 50-60 should do it. lolol.

I agree! They aren't much to look at, are but little workhorses - okay, I guess that would make them mules ;). My only complaint about them is that you can't use a "Slap Yo' Mama" tool, because the grommets are too tight, which makes changing the cartos a bit of a hassle, but I use mine daily.

That statement reminds me of my wifey lol. Everything has to match or its not good enough. She enjoys her pink Ego with pink CE4's. If the CE4 is clear or some other color suddenly it sucks for her lol. I still love her though hehe.

I'm new to vv and recently got a 1000 mAh twist and ordered a 650 twist which I'm waiting for. Wow! the vapor production is amazing! I'm trying to find the right setting to match the resistance.. etc. to bring out the best flavor especially my RY4. Still learning.... As of now, I've only used the Kanger T2 and T3's on it. Do you have experience for these?

I'm basically an X2 user and I love them, but wanted to try variable voltage.

Get a slim drip tip, one thats the same diameter as the carto like this Transparent drip tips and put in on the carto before you put it in the tank.....works like a dream

A little pg on your finger rubbed around the grommet and the outside of the tip works well for tight fits too.
